A guided breathwork experience you can do from the comfort of your own home. Using a combination of deep rhythmic breathing, music, and expert guidance, this practice helps you release stress, reconnect with your body, and regulate your nervous system. Whether you're new to breathwork or experienced, virtual sessions allow you to dive deep in a familiar and safe space while being supported in real time. Once you sign up, you’ll receive a Zoom link via email with all the details you need to join the session live. All you need is a quiet space, a good internet connection, and an open mind.

Meet Kav

Kav discovered breathwork during one of the most difficult seasons of his life, while navigating his own struggles with mental health. His very first session gave him something he had been missing; clarity, release, and the feeling of being safe in his own body. He immediately set out to learn how to share it with others, becoming a certified breathwork facilitator and now guides people in releasing stress, processing emotions, and connection. He believes healing doesn’t always have to feel heavy, and often we can access just as much transformation through laughter and play as through tears. His sessions blend depth with levity, giving people the space to unapologetically be themselves..
