What is Holotropic Breathwork

Holotropic Breathwork is a powerful, science-backed breathing technique designed to help you access expanded states of consciousness, release stored stress and trauma, and reconnect with your inner wisdom. It was originally developed by psychiatrist Dr. Stanislav Grof as a therapeutic alternative to traditional talk therapy, and has since transformed the lives of thousands worldwide.

Unlike everyday breathing, holotropic breathwork uses deep, connected breathing in a safe, supportive environment—often accompanied by music and guided facilitation—to help you drop out of the busy mind and into the body’s natural ability to heal itself. People are drawn to holotropic breathwork because it offers a direct path to emotional clarity, spiritual insight, and nervous system regulation—without the need for years of analysis or explanation. Whether you’re holding onto old emotional patterns, seeking creative breakthroughs, or simply feeling stuck, this breathwork can help you release what no longer serves you and tap into a deep sense of inner peace.

Meet Kav

Kav discovered breathwork during a difficult time in his life while navigating his own mental health challenges. After attending his first breathwork workshop and experiencing profound clarity and healing, he immediately sought to learn how to share this transformative practice with others. Inspired by that experience, Kav pursued certification and became a certified breathwork facilitator in 2022.

Since then, he has been passionately guiding people to release stress, process emotions, and reconnect with their true selves in a safe and supportive environment. Kav’s approach is grounded in his own journey, creating space for others to experience deep healing and transformation through breath.
